Orders may be placed through the website only. Processing of your order will begin on the next business day (Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays) and sent for shipment in 1-5 business days. If an item is on back order, Labbargains will notify you by e-mail.

Orders from outside the U.S. may experience delays during the verification process. Please allow an extra week for orders shipping outside the U.S.

Labbargains reserves the right to cancel suspected fraudulent orders.

Our standard payment terms are with a valid credit card. Labbargains is pleased to accept your corporate or personal MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover cards for payment. You must provide the following information:

• Billing address of Credit Card (for verification and approval)
  
• 3-digit verification code on back of card

Orders are shipped UPS with freight added to the order total. You may choose the level of service when you place your order.

If the total weight of your order exceeds 150 lbs., Labbargains will contact you by e-mail regarding the freight amount.

Labbargains is required to charge tax for orders shipped to Ohio, Pennsylvania and North Carolina. Where applicable, sales tax current at time of shipment, will be charged to your order.

If you are placing an order that is tax exempt, it is your responsibility to e-mail us a copy of your tax-exemption certificate for each order. Please indicate on your order under comments that you are sending a tax-exemption certificate so that we know to look for one. When we receive the tax-exemption certificate, we will confirm the new total amount by e-mail.

The customer will be responsible for any and all customs brokerage charges, duties and taxes involved in shipping an order to a country outside the United States.

In particular, charges for customs clearance are not included in the UPS Standard to Canada and such charges will be billed to the importer (customer).

All products returned (for any reason) must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number, which should be requested by e-mail. Returning an item without a Return Authorization Number may negate your right to a refund.

If we have shipped the incorrect item, or if the product is defective, notify us by e-mail within 10 days of delivery of the product. We will exchange the product or credit your card, within 30 days from our receipt of the returned product.

If you have ordered an item in error, notify us by e-mail within 10 days of delivery of the product, and we will take back the product IF it is in saleable condition and is in its original unopened packaging. In this case, you will be responsible for returning the product. Labbargains reserves the right to apply either a 25% restocking charge, or $50.00, whichever is greater, depending on the circumstances surrounding the return, as well as our ability to restock the product.

Should breakage occur during shipment, notify the carrier promptly. Keep package in the same condition in which it was received and do not remove packing material until carrier has completed the inspection. Also, notify Labbargains by e-mail promptly of a need for a replacement of the product.

Please do not return any items until we have been notified of the return, and have issued a Return Authorization Number.

All items supplied are warranted against defects in material and workmanship. Warranty period varies and is determined by the manufacturer of each item. Manufacturer’s liability is expressly limited to repair or replacement of defective items. Manufacturer will not be liable for any personal injury, property damage or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever arising out of the use of such items.

The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face hereof.
